The Metasys UI is designed for operators and facility managers who use computers, tablets, or smart phones to control and operate buildings.

How much data does the Metasys UI consume?
When you first navigate to the Metasys UI, the Metasys UI consumes approximately 3.8 MB of bandwidth. The following table shows typical data consumption for one user on a site with typical configuration.

Is the data shown in the Metasys UI current?
Data in most of the widgets of the Metasys UI is updated at least every 3 seconds. Data in the Potential Problem Area widget is a snapshot of the data when first navigated to and when manually refreshed. Data in the Equipment Activity widget updates when you manually refresh the data. Data in the Trend widget updates every 30 seconds.
Why does my screen look different on different devices?
The Metasys UI adapts to the device on which it is viewed.
